This home is designed for privacy and comfort, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom offers a king bed and its own private bathroom, with the beautiful living room serving as a central separation between the two sleeping quarters. The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV with streaming capabilities via Samsung TV plus. For additional guests, a cozy couch converts into a sofa bed, complemented by two recliners for total relaxation.

The kitchen is a highlight of the home, featuring quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and a huge island with seating for six. It comes fully equipped for meal preparation and includes a K-Duo Plus brewer for both K-Cups and ground coffee. A separate laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Perfectly positioned between Great Camp and the North Pavilion, this home provides excellent proximity to the community's most popular attractions. Guests can explore winding trails by foot or ATV right from their doorstep. Available community amenities include the Epic Chophouse, BBQ Pavilion, Mini-Golf, a 24/7 General Store, the Woodland Trail System, and a dog park. The Eagles Nest Winery is also accessible, though day passes are required and age restrictions apply. Please note that the Fitness Center, Wine & Cigar Bar, and locked portions of the Sportsman's Lodge are reserved for members only.

• 4WD/AWD vehicles are required from November to March; chains may be necessary.
• Up to 2 mature dogs are permitted (other pets are not allowed).
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve.
• No smoking inside the home; no parties or gatherings above posted occupancy.
• An additional $35 per night amenity fee applies (max $175).
• The home is monitored by external security cameras at the parking area, entrance, generator, and heat pump.
• As of March 2025, the loft is no longer accessible as the spiral staircase has been removed.
