Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. Additional guests beyond the 4th incur a fee of $20 per night.
