The base rental rate includes up to 4 guests; additional guests beyond the 4th incur a fee of $20 per night. Please note that a $75 per week electricity allowance is included, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. One garage spot is reserved for the owner's car. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee upon request.
