Please treat the property and its contents as if it was your own. Please be mindful of your noise levels, as this is a family community. If you are having a large group gathering, keep it inside the home and on the pool deck, not in the common areas of the neighborhood. No loud music after 10pm. Absolutely no smoking inside the home.
If the doors or windows are open, turn off the air conditioner as this can damage the units during hot months.
We will take care of the cleaning after you leave, all we ask is that you leave the property in the same physical condition that you found it in; i.e. nothing broken or overly dirty/stained/missing. Place your garbage in garbage bags and place in the receptacle outside of the front door for daily A.M. pickup.
If you are bringing a dog there will be a nightly fee of $50 per dog, per night charged separately from your booking charge through the Resolution Center. No dangerous breed dogs allowed. There will also be a waiver sent requiring digital signatures with pet rules and release of liability. This must be paid and signed at least 24 hours before arrival. Animals may never be left in the house unattended unless they are in a kennel. Animals must be on a leash and controlled by the owner. The booking guest assumes liability for damage or injuries caused by the behavior of animals and will be charged for repairs.
Sorry, no cats.
Please do not attempt to adjust pool equipment, pump, valves, ect. If there is an issue, give us a call and we will have it taken care of asap.
Damage to the property will be charged to the booking guest.
