Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. There is a minimum rental age restriction of 25 years. Please note that pool heat is available for an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month plus tax. Guests are responsible for propane refills for the BBQ and must clean the grill upon departure to avoid a $56 fee. For security, Ring doorbells are located at the front entry, front driveway, and rear canal areas. For stays of 30 nights or longer, a $1,500 deposit is required with specific cancellation policies applying 60 to 90 days prior to arrival.
