The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the first bedroom, two Twin beds in the second, and two Full beds in the third. For those traveling with little ones, a high chair and Pack & Play crib are available free of charge. While the first two bedrooms feature large closets, please note that the closet in the third bedroom has been converted to a service closet and is inaccessible to guests.

• Minimum Age: The booking guest must be at least 21 years old by the check-in date and present for the entire stay.
• Rules: No pets, no smoking, and no parties or events. Third-party reservations are not accepted.

Please note that this is a private unit within the Vista Cay Resort. A limited starter supply of paper products and soaps is provided, but guests are asked to supplement these for their needs. The main pool is closed for renovations until late May 2025, but the brand-new Isles Pool & Bar is open and fantastic. The living room is equipped with a sensor to monitor AC health and prevent parties; it does not record sound or images. As the AC does not have a heater, extra blankets are available upon request.
