Sleeping Arrangements This thoughtfully laid-out 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodates up to 6 guests. Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, and Bedroom #2 also offers a queen bed. Bedroom #3 is equipped with two single beds. For additional flexibility, the living area includes a queen sofa bed. Families with little ones will appreciate that a Pack 'n Play crib and high chair are available for free. While the two main bedrooms feature large closets, please note that the small closet in the third bedroom has been converted to a service closet and is inaccessible.

Location & Neighborhood Located in a fantastic area of Orlando, the property is highly accessible. You are only 2 minutes from the OC Convention Center and 5 minutes from the dining, shopping, and attractions of International Drive. Universal Studios is just 5 to 15 minutes away, SeaWorld is 10 minutes away, and Disney World is a 20-minute drive. For your convenience, a Publix grocery store and Walgreens Pharmacy are within walking distance for any needed supplies.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age by the check-in date. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. To maintain property health and security, a temperature, humidity, and volume sensor is located in the living room (this device does not record voice or pictures).

Please be aware that as a private unit within a resort, this is not a hotel. A limited starter supply of paper products and soaps is provided; guests are asked to supplement these for the duration of their stay. Daily cleaning is not included, though additional linen or towel services are available for a fee. Extra guests added after booking will incur a fee of $10 + tax per night. All resort amenities are managed by Vista Cay Resort; please note the main pool and bar are under renovation until late May 2025, though the brand-new Isles Pool & Bar remains open for your enjoyment.
