While the bedroom is a tiny space, it is thoughtfully arranged, and the sofa serves as a perfect sleeping option for an extra guest, making it an ideal choice for couples or families with a small child.
Guests can enjoy a variety of private features and highlights, including:
- Private entry and dedicated driveway with free parking for two vehicles
- Beautiful covered patio

- Doorbell camera at the front entrance monitoring the public driveway and front door areas

You are just 1 mile from USF and roughly 10 miles from the heartbeat of the city, including downtown, Sparkman Wharf, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Ybor City, and the region's beautiful white sand beaches. The airport is conveniently located 15 miles away.
Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Because the suite is attached to a main house, you will share a common wall; guests in the main house may occasionally be audible. Upon arrival, please refer to the guest welcome book for the WiFi password, essential house information, and curated local recommendations.
