Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be arranged for an additional fee. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable fee of $150 plus tax. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please note that the base rental rate covers up to 4 guests, with a fee of $20 per night for each additional guest. The rental includes a weekly electricity allowance of $75, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. If using the outdoor area, please use the provided standalone gas BBQ, as built-in grills are reserved for owner use.
