Welcome to the Summer Breeze vacation villa, a beautiful retreat located in a quiet, upscale and desirable neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. This home is perfectly positioned on a southern facing lot, boasting a picturesque, extra wide canal and providing Gulf access in less than 30 minutes by boat.

The villa is designed for comfort and privacy, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom includes an ensuite master bathroom and is privately located on the left side of the house, while the two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom on the right side of the home. For added convenience, an additional half bath is located on the covered lanai for quick access while enjoying the outdoors. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated, including one King bed and two Queen beds, allowing the villa to fit up to 6 guests very comfortably.

Inside, you will find a spacious kitchen fully equipped with high-end, stainless steel appliances and all necessary utensils. Dining options are plentiful, with a formal dining room, a breakfast bar, and a breakfast nook. For those who need to stay connected, a private den and office with a desk are available, complemented by high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. The cozy family room features a large flat panel TV and a sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing evenings.

The oversized outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring an electrically heated swimming pool and a waterfall spa. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. The base rental rate covers up to 4 guests; additional guests beyond the 4th incur a fee of $20 per night. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee upon request.
