The split bedroom layout provides excellent privacy: a private master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet occupies one wing with direct access to the screened-in lanai. On the opposite side, you will find a queen guest suite also with lanai access, and a third suite containing both a queen and a full size bed. For additional flexibility, a multi-purpose den includes a desk and a queen pullout sofa.

Prepare to be impressed by the beautiful open concept design, highlighted by high multi-height ceilings and a magnificent view of the outdoor space through retractable doors. The interior features a spacious living area and a fully-furnished kitchen with elegant countertops, stainless steel cookware, and a drip and Keurig coffee maker.
