This spacious layout includes 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements consist of a King size bed in the second bedroom, and Queen size beds in both the Master and third bedrooms, all featuring premium mattresses and bedding for a restful stay. The living area is anchored by a large comfy sectional with a pull-out sleeper, while each bedroom is equipped with its own 50" Smart TV.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The private large backyard is a true oasis, featuring a 10-person waterfall jetted swim spa and hot tub with multi-color night lights. Guests can enjoy a gas BBQ grill, chaise lounges, and a pergola with Adirondack chairs and lighting for outdoor dining. For entertainment, the yard includes cornhole and a beer pong table. To make your beach trip seamless, the home provides four bicycles, two fishing kayaks, four premium beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a cooler on wheels.

Inside, the fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge with icemaker, electric stove, microwave, and a coffee pot for K-cups or ground coffee. The open bar overlooks the living room, and the dining area features a large table seating six. The living room is further enhanced by a 65"-70" Samsung Smart TV and a dedicated desk work area.

Located just a 2 to 3-minute walk from the sand at Miramar beach access, you are also only 5 minutes from Margaritaville and a 10-minute walk to the center of town, where 25 restaurants and bars await. For water enthusiasts, a small boat and kayak launch is located at the end of the street in the back bay.
