The "Xavier" home includes a Queen bedroom and a Twin Trundle bedroom on the first level, while the "Hemingway" home offers two Queen bedrooms on its first floor. Both townhomes feature lavish second-floor master bedrooms boasting plush King beds, expansive closet space, and an En-Suite bathroom.

Each home is thoughtfully arranged across three levels. The first floor is dedicated to spacious living areas featuring HD flat-screen Smart TVs with Sonos surround sound. Adjacent to the living rooms are pristine kitchens that are truly a chef's dream, complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, gas stoves with wall-mounted pot fillers, and Keurig coffee stations.
