This unique offering consists of two homes located next to each other, making it the perfect choice for a large family or a big group seeking a nature-filled escape. Whether you choose to walk to the white sandy beach or simply stay and enjoy the views of the Bay, this property provides a serene atmosphere for every guest.

The combined layout features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 15 guests. The space is divided into two distinct homes:

Blue Lagoon #1 includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a Florida room. The second-floor master bedroom features a king bed and a large bathroom. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and a sliding door that leads to the Florida room with Bay views and an outside balcony. For additional sleeping, the Florida room has one pull-out sofa, and the living room includes two full-size sleeping sofas.

Blue Lagoon #2 offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with high ceilings and two spacious terraces. The master bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in closet, a spacious terrace, and a large master bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a tub with beautiful bay views. The guest bedroom provides a queen bed with access to a large terrace. The living room in this home includes one full-size pull-out sleeping sofa. Please note that the kitchen in Blue Lagoon #2 does not have a dishwasher.

Enjoy the outdoors with a boat dock and the ability to fish right from the property. A boat lift is available upon request for a 22-24 foot boat, subject to an additional fee. Guests can also rent kayaks to explore the water.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (up to 3 pets) with a $100 fee per pet, vet documentation, and prior approval. Pets are not permitted on beds or couches.
• Rules: No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside or outside. No loud music, food in bedrooms, or unapproved parties/decorations. Extra visitors or overnight guests must be disclosed in advance and may incur fees.
• Security: CCTV is located at the main front entrance. A valid ID and signed rental agreement are required prior to arrival.
