Garbage Disposal Please do not put tea bags, rice, bones, paper, egg shells, banana peels, carrot peels, or silverware in the garbage disposal.

Pets Pets are only allowed at properties that state pets are permitted. Pet fee is $250 per pet (dogs 50 lbs or less). Please reach out prior to booking with pet details to receive approval.

Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside any of the homes.

Vehicles Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.

Trash & Recycling Trash is collected on Tuesday & Friday. Recycling is collected on Friday only. An excessive garbage removal fee of up to $250 will be charged for any trash/recycling that does not fit inside the designated bins.

Minimum Age Requirement Guest who rents the home must be at least 25 years of age.

Air Conditioning Keep thermostat between 74°–78° F. Do not set below 72°, as this may cause the system to freeze and stop working. Guests will be responsible for technician charges if the system freezes due to improper use. Always keep doors and windows closed when AC is running.

Pool & Spa Rules

Use at your own risk. Owner and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

No running, horseplay, diving, or glass in pool/spa areas.

Please shower before entering the pool/spa.

Pool heat can be added upon request for $40/day; temperature set to 85° for cooler seasons. Weather conditions may affect temperature.

If the home has a control panel, do not exceed 88° for the pool or 104° for the spa.

Spa heat takes approx. 30–60 minutes to warm up depending on outside temperature.

Turn off spa heat when not in use, but leave pump/filter system running.

Occupancy Only registered guests are permitted to stay. Names and ages of all occupants must be provided at booking. Misrepresentation of guest count or exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

Use of Amenities Use of pool, spa, and bicycles is at guest’s own risk.

Noise, Parties, and Events No large parties or events are allowed. This is a quiet residential area, and guests must follow all community rules. Entryway cameras are in place. Any violation may result in eviction at the homeowner’s request with no refund.

Liability Guest agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify LiveRight Vacations and the Owner from any claims, damages, or losses for injury, death, or property damage arising from use of the property.

Check-Out Procedures Check-out is at 10 AM. Property must be left in substantially the same condition as arrival. Ensure the home is secured and any entry gates are locked when leaving.
