1. No parties or events are allowed. In the event of a party reservations will be canceled without refund.
2. There is no smoking on the property. Smoking inside will accompany a minimum fine of $500 plus any additional cleaning or remediation.
3. We love animals too but pets are not allowed at the property. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a additional $150 charge to the reservation plus any cleaning or damage fees, if any.
4. No overnight guests exceeding 8 guests are allowed without prior written approval. No more than 12 people on the property at any given time.
5. Please respect the city of Scottsdale's quiet times of 10 pm to 8 am. Noise violation fines from the city can range up to $2500 and will be passed on to guests.
6. What happens here, stays here…including damaged property and broken items…please report any to your host immediately.
7. If it’s not yours, please don’t take it when you leave.
8. Please respect check in and out times. Checking in early or checking out late without prior approval could result in a charge of $50/hour.
9. POOL RULES: Please exercise extreme caution with children near the pool. We have door alarms as required by the city and high locks on both back doors to prevent children from gaining access to the pool accidentally/unattended. No diving, horseplay or glass by the pool. Direct adult supervision is recommended for anyone under 18. The pool vacuum must remain in the pool at all times. Do not tamper with pool equipment or pool heat. (Adjusting pool heat or tampering with equipment with host permission will be a $500 fine) The pool does not have a cooling/AC system.
10. FIRE PIT: We do not provide firewood as stated in the listing. On occasion, Maricopa county may issue a fire ban. Please exercise caution when using the fire pit and never leave the fire unattended. There is a hose next to the house to extinguish the fire if needed. Do not put accelerants in the fire pit.
11. Make big memories, not big messes. (Excessive cleaning will be billed back to guests)
12. No illegal activities on the property.

Essential Maintenance: We have required weekly pool cleanings by a professional pool company, generally on Wednesdays, and a "can to curb" service that takes trash bins to the street on trash days for your convenience. We have monthly yard care that is generally scheduled around guests, when possible. By booking this property you agree to allow these services access to the exterior of the property for essential maintenance.

In the event guests leave belongings behind there will be a $25 fee for small items and a $50 fee for large items plus the cost of shipping.
