About Property

Discover the ultimate mountain escape at Sunset Valley, a stunning retreat perched above the Eagles Nest Winery in Banner Elk, North Carolina. Offering spectacular long-range views from both the front and back of the home, this sanctuary is nestled at the end of a private road, providing a perfect blend of seclusion and luxury for a truly relaxing getaway.

Designed for effortless comfort and convenience, the home features a single-level layout with four spacious bedroom suites. To ensure restful nights for all guests, the sleeping arrangements include two suites with king beds—one of which features a queen fold-out sofa bed for additional space—and two suites each featuring a cozy queen bed. In addition to the bedrooms, a separate TV room provides two twin daybeds and trundles, making it an ideal spot for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploration.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living area that flows seamlessly into the entertainment spaces. The attached garage has been creatively transformed into a dedicated hub for fun and productivity, complete with a poker/bumper pool table, foosball, board games, a private fitness station, and desks suited for remote work or schooling. For peace of mind, the property is equipped with a whole-home backup generator to ensure a worry-free stay during any power outages.

Step outside to experience breathtaking mountain scenery from every angle. The expansive deck is a highlight, featuring a fireplace, a mounted TV, and comfortable seating for morning coffee or evening cocktails. You can dine al fresco on the deck or head to the patio below to enjoy a relaxing hot tub with a privacy wall. The expansive yard also hosts a beautifully designed fire pit, providing ample space to gather and roast marshmallows under a star-filled sky.

Located within The Lodges at Eagles Nest, guests have access to premier community amenities and nature-based activities. This includes access to the Epic Chophouse, the community's newest dining addition. Please note that security cameras are located on the front porch and the right side of the garage monitoring the driveway.
