The base rental rate covers up to 4 guests; additional guests beyond the 4th incur a fee of $20 per night. Guests should be aware that the rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. While there is a built-in BBQ in the outdoor kitchen reserved for the owner, a standalone gas BBQ is provided for guest use.
