The upper floor hosts three bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third room with two twin beds. This level also features a full kitchen, a living room, and a walk-out balcony. For additional lounging, a sunroom attached to the master bedroom includes a sleeper sofa and a slider door leading to the patio overlooking the pool.

The lower level is an entertainer's dream, featuring two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Guests will love the second fully equipped kitchen that transforms into a unique indoor/outdoor bar—complete with a TV inside and stools outside. The lower living area is designed for fun, featuring a large comfy couch, a big-screen TV, and a shuffleboard table.

Outside, the property transforms into a waterfront paradise. The expansive pool and hot tub are both heated, and the deck is illuminated with fun lights for evening enjoyment. Boaters will find this location ideal, with a canal that leads to the Gulf of Mexico in minutes. While boat lifts are off-limits, boat cleats are available on the adjacent empty lot for tying off, and the dock includes a convenient fish cleaning station.

Practical details include keyless entry for a seamless arrival and ample parking for multiple vehicles. All linens, including bath towels and beach towels, are provided for your convenience.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower Vacation Rentals to finalize their booking.
