This spacious home is designed with a thoughtful layout to ensure privacy and ease. The residence features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom, complete with its own en-suite bathroom, is located on the left side of the home, while two guest bedrooms occupy the opposite side, sharing a convenient pool bathroom. The heart of the home consists of a central living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a large window that lets in plenty of daylight, and a formal dining room.

Step outside to an amazing backyard designed for relaxation. The southern-facing swimming pool is electrically heated, making it possible to swim year-round. You can soak up the sun on the large pool deck or retreat to the shade of the large under-truss lanai sitting area.

Located in the heart of Cape Coral just off Pelican Blvd, Cape Haven is centrally positioned within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The surrounding area is a playground for explorers, featuring over four-hundred miles of canals, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns.
