This renovated vacation home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a lovely Master Bedroom En Suite with a King bed, two guest bedrooms each featuring a Queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The layout is designed for relaxation and entertainment. An open concept living space, complete with comfortable furnishings and a brand new large screen smart TV, opens via wall-to-wall sliding glass doors to a huge, private screened-in Lanai with gorgeous Gulf and island views. For those who love to host, the condo boasts a fabulous wet bar with a wine fridge and seating for three, a beautiful dining table for six, and a large, fully equipped galley kitchen with new appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dedicated laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Bedroom details add to the luxury: the Master Suite enjoys private access to both the main Lanai and its own separate screened-in Lanai overlooking the Bay, while the Master Bath offers dual granite-topped vanities, a jacuzzi roman sized tub, and a large tiled walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms also feature their own TVs and private access to the main Lanai, with a modern guest bath providing a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Explore the local culture via the island trolley to Old San Carlos Boulevard, visit the turtle walk at Bowditch Point Park, or venture south to Lovers Key State Park for kayaking and hiking. The nearby Santini Marina Plaza and Snook Bite Marina offer excellent dining and boating opportunities.
