Guests have full access to the brand-new outdoor amenities at Island Reef, including a newly renovated heated pool and pool deck with a sunning area, shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor grilling area. A fully renovated ground-floor community room with a full kitchen is also available. To make your beach days effortless, the host provides beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and a beach buggy.

Situated on the coveted south end, you are just a short walk from Santini Plaza’s shops, pharmacies, groceries, and farmers market. Nature lovers will appreciate being only five minutes from Lovers Key State Park, with easy access to Bonita Springs and Naples to the south.

• Association Requirement: Once confirmed, you must complete an Island Reef Condominium Association rental form within 48 hours of booking, to be returned no less than 35 days prior to arrival.
• Stay Requirements: This condo specializes in monthly and mid-term rentals of at least 30 days. Stays of 14 days or more may be approved if they fall within the same calendar month.
