This residence is configured with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing accommodations for 10 guests. The layout is designed for comfort and connection: the main level features two bedrooms—one with a queen size bed and another with a full size bed—which share a hallway bathroom. The spacious master suite is located upstairs, offering a king bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a tiled shower. The lower level, accessible via a spiral staircase, contains an additional bedroom furnished with a full and twin bed.

The main living area creates a warm and inviting atmosphere with a cozy gas fireplace and an open floor plan that connects the living room to a modern kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-stocked with all necessary utensils for meal preparation. For relaxation, guests can step onto the main floor deck to enjoy breathtaking sunrises or utilize the outdoor sauna to experience the therapeutic benefits of dry heat. Nearby attractions include the Mile High Swinging Bridge, Wildcat Lake, various hiking trails, and the Banner Elk and Grandfather Wineries.
