The home can accommodate up to 8 guests, utilizing a pullout sofa bed in the living room for additional sleepers. The living space is updated with new wood vinyl plank flooring and includes a huge sectional sofa and a working fireplace for relaxation.

For your convenience, the home offers a fully equipped kitchen with a wall of windows, a dining area that seats four, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Step outside to the screened-in porch, which features a large table for five, perfect for dining while taking in the refreshing Gulf breezes. For those bringing equipment, the garage and driveway provide a convenient spot to park a boat trailer, kayak, canoe, or jet ski, with a public boat ramp nearby at Lover's Key.
