The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the home: a Master Suite with a King bed and deck access, an upstairs Queen suite and a second bedroom with a Queen and Full bed, a lower-level King bedroom, and a dedicated Bunk Room featuring three Twin over Queen bunks, a twin trundle, and a twin ottoman pullout. For added flexibility, a bonus loft offers an office nook with a pullout King bed.

Inside, the great room impresses with vaulted ceilings, a stunning stacked stone gas fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame panoramic views stretching from Virginia to Tennessee. The chef's kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and custom cabinetry, while the indoor dining area can seat 15 to 20 guests for special celebrations.

• Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve
• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking inside the home; no trace of smoking outside
• No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains are a necessity during winter months (Nov-March) due to the paved, sloped driveway
• Exterior security cameras are in use facing the driveway and backyard woods
