About Property

Discover the ultimate waterfront escape at Villa Mosa, a stunning, completely rebuilt sanctuary located in the most desired Yacht Club location of Cape Coral, Florida. This property is a perfect spot for a romantic couple getaway or a memorable family vacation, offering an unparalleled blend of modern luxury and serene nature.

Following a total remodel in 2022, the villa was gutted and rebuilt from the scratch—literally everything is new, from the drain pipes to the roof. The interior is defined by new floors, walls, and contemporary furniture throughout. The home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 14 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with big king-size beds, one room with two full-size beds, and a final bedroom featuring four bunk beds. At the heart of the home is a spacious living and dining area, complemented by a kitchen perfectly equipped with everything a chef needs to enjoy their craft.

Outdoor living is where Villa Mosa truly shines. The western exposure ensures you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evenings and sunshine all day on the pool deck. Privacy is paramount, provided by a beautifully landscaped garden on the land side and a wide channel on the water side. Guests can often spot dolphins and manatees right at the dock. Positioned on a canal with the maximum width in Cape Coral, the property is an ideal base for boaters. While not included in the stay, guests are highly recommended to rent a boat to quickly access the beautiful islands of Captiva or Sanibel. Boating in Florida is allowed without a license, and optional boat rentals feature powerful engines, GPS, depth measurement, fish-finder functions, cool boxes, cabins, and Bluetooth radio.

Location & Neighborhood: Villa Mosa is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, far from major streets, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere in Cape Coral's prestigious Yacht Club area. Its prime position on the open water makes it a gateway to exploring the surrounding islands.
