1. Respect the Neighbors: o Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times.

Care for the Property 10. Cleanliness: o Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee. 11. Damage: o Report any damages immediately. Unreported damages may be deducted from your security deposit. 12. Furniture: o Do not rearrange or move the furniture.

Prohibited Activities 13. Parties & Events: o Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. 14. Illegal Activities: o Any illegal activities will be reported to authorities and result in immediate eviction.
