This spacious villa accommodates up to 6 guests across three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms featuring one king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two comfortable queen bedrooms sharing a hallway bathroom. The split floor plan layout provides privacy and comfort for larger groups or multiple families, with all linens included for your convenience.

As you enter the home, you'll be welcomed into a bright living area filled with natural light and breathtaking southeastern views. The open-concept design flows seamlessly from the modern kitchen with island to the semi-outdoor dining and sitting room, creating an ideal space for entertaining and making family memories. A designated laundry room adds convenience to your stay.

With over four hundred miles of canals, abundant restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this waterfront location provides activities to suit every guest. Long-term stays are welcome.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The base rate includes up to 4 guests, with additional guests incurring a $20 per night fee. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies for furry companions. The rental includes a $75 weekly electricity allowance, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
