Please note that this is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Pets are not allowed, and cabana use is restricted. Additionally, please be aware that the outdoor pergola and grills are currently unavailable and are expected to be restored by mid-2026.
