This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Additionally, please note that the new outdoor pergola and grills are currently unavailable and are expected to be restored by mid-2026.
