🧺 Garbage Disposal Please help us keep things running smoothly by avoiding placing the following items in the disposal: tea bags, rice, bones, paper, egg shells, banana or carrot peels, or utensils.

🐾 Pets This home is pet-friendly, but only for those properties that specifically state so. Please reach out in advance if you’re traveling with a furry friend so we can confirm everything is set.

🚭 Smoking All of our homes are non-smoking indoors. We appreciate your help in keeping them fresh for everyone.

🚗 Parking This home accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Please park in the driveway and avoid blocking sidewalks or neighbors’ access.

🗑 Trash & Recycling Trash is collected on Tuesdays & Fridays, and recycling is picked up on Fridays. Kindly make sure everything fits inside the designated bins. A $250 fee may apply for excessive garbage or overflow that doesn’t fit inside the containers. Thank you for your help!

🌡 Air Conditioning For the best performance and to avoid system issues, please keep the thermostat set between 74°–78°F. Do not set it below 72°F, as it can cause the unit to freeze and stop working. If that happens, you may be responsible for repair fees. Also, please keep windows and doors fully closed when the A/C is running.

🏊‍♂️ Pool & Spa Safety We want you to fully enjoy the pool and spa — just a few notes to ensure everyone’s safety:

Swim at your own risk; supervision is required for children under 14

No diving, running, or rough play

Please shower before entering the pool/spa

No glass in or near the pool area

Pool heat is available for an optional fee of $40/day (if requested)

For homes with control panels: please do not exceed 88°F for the pool or 104°F for the spa

Spa heat may take 30–60 minutes to warm up; be sure to turn off spa heat when not in use, but leave the pump running to keep water clean

Due to weather, pool temps are not guaranteed

👨‍👩‍👧 Guest Info & Occupancy Only registered guests are permitted to stay. Please ensure all names and ages are provided with your booking. The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. Exceeding the occupancy limit or misrepresenting guests may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

🎉 Parties & Community Rules Palm Tree Paradise is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. To respect our neighbors:

No large parties or events

No outside guests without prior approval

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM

Entryway cameras are present for security purposes LiveRight Vacations reserves the right to cancel reservations if house rules are violated, per the owner’s request.

Leave the home in the same condition as you found it
