The home includes 2 full bathrooms, with the main bedroom featuring an updated en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, soaking tub, and wrap-around walk-through shower. The left side of the home features two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks.

The outdoor highlights include the amazing pool surrounded by lush landscape, perfect for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, or enjoying morning coffee on the dock with amazing views down the canal.

Sand by Me is centrally located near shops, restaurants, and the Pelican Soccer Complex, with quick access to all essential Cape Coral locations. The property is approximately 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach, and forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport. With a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers activities to suit every guest.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The base rate includes up to 4 guests, with additional guests beyond the 4th incurring a $20 per night fee. A $150 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies for pet-friendly stays. The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
