Please note the following rules: there is a 7-night minimum stay (though multi-week rentals are encouraged), and the minimum rental age is 25. This is a non-smoking property. This home is pet-friendly for dogs only, with a limit of 2 pets. A written request is required at the time of booking, and a non-refundable $200 fee per animal applies for pets and emotional support animals. For security, exterior cameras are active only when the home is vacant. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower Vacation Rentals to finalize their booking.
