This custom remodeled, 1,729 sq. ft. retro ranch home features an open floor plan designed in a coastal casual style. The interior boasts luxury wood vinyl floor planking and upscale furniture throughout. Sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests are spread across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a queen-sized bed with a ceiling fan, its own TV, and private pool access. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed with a remodeled en suite bath and a large tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 3, the designated Bunk Room, is a huge space for young guests featuring a king-sized bed, a bunk bed with two single beds, a comfortable sleeper sofa, a large TV, and a private entrance from the driveway.

The heart of the home is a fabulous new kitchen with white granite countertops and new appliances, flowing into a dining area that seats eight. The living room provides a comfortable reclining sofa and a huge TV. All living spaces open via sliding glass doors to a spectacular screened-in patio and a gorgeous, solar-heated private pool. Outside, you will find a sundeck patio, a BBQ gas grill, and paver-lined sidewalks leading to a covered dock with a boat lift, where you may spot dolphins and manatees in the calm canal waters.

Located at the south end of the island, the home is just across Estero Boulevard from seven miles of sugar-white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Guests can enjoy fishing, parasailing, and world-famous sunsets. The property is also close to the island trolley, providing easy access to Old San Carlos Boulevard, Bayside Park, and Lovers Key State Park. Local favorites like Snook Bight Marina and Publix are just a short drive away.
