The dining area seats 6, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts a full-size oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with all the cookware and dinnerware you'll need. Retreat to the private primary suite, complete with a cozy queen bed, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, ideal for friends or family. The guest bathroom features a combination tub and shower. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the condo. Bed linens, bath, kitchen, and pool towels are all provided for your comfort. The Bay Village Condominium community offers a serene, park-like setting, just a short 10-minute walk or quick drive to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and public beach access. Cool off in the heated community pool, relax on the sundeck, or enjoy the community grill. One reserved, covered parking spot is included, with additional guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Nearby, you'll find an abundance of local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and water sports rentals. Explore the island's popular Times Square and Bayside Park, or take the beach trolley to discover all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer. Day trips to Lover's Key State Park, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and downtown Fort Myers are also just a short drive away. Please note that the community is currently undergoing some minor post-hurricane repairs, and guests will be required to sign a construction disclaimer/waiver prior to check-in. The community tennis courts and elevator are also currently unavailable due to ongoing repairs. Minimum age to rent is 25, and no pets or smoking are permitted on the property.
