To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A minimum rental period of 7 nights is required, and the minimum age to book this property is 25.

This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is strictly prohibited both inside the unit and anywhere outside within the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Please note that pets are not allowed. Every booking includes an Incidental Damage Benefit to provide protection for accidental damage, with specific limits detailed in the rental agreement.
