This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking (including e-cigs and vaping) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Pets are not allowed. Every booking includes protection for incidental accidents causing damage to the property, with specific limits detailed in the rental agreement.
