The second bedroom offers versatility with two queen beds, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. For your convenience, all linens are provided, including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and a dedicated set of beach towels.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the property provides essential comforts for a seamless stay:

Step outside to find a wide beach filled with fine white sand that you will absolutely love. Guests can enjoy access to a commercial pool and a community BBQ grill for outdoor dining and socializing. The property is perfectly positioned for exploration; it is only a short walk to the Fort Myers Pier, Times Square shopping, local restaurants, and Bowditch Point Park. For effortless travel around the island, the free FMB Trolley runs between the condo and downtown every 15-25 minutes.

Practical Details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. There is a 7-night minimum rental during peak season (December - April) and a 4-night minimum during the off-season (May - November). During high season, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday (Christmas to Easter). Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower Vacation Rentals to finalize their booking. Please be advised that the community pool is scheduled for deep cleaning and service from September 14 through September 18, 2026.
