Regarding electronic transportation, Electric Vehicle (EV) charging is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including all outlets in common areas, exteriors, and inside units. E-bikes are permitted but must be stored outdoors on designated bike racks only; they are not allowed in units, lanais, or walkways. Please note that E-bike charging and storage are at the guest's own risk.
