Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space for your belongings. Two full bathrooms provide convenience, with one featuring double sinks to eliminate any morning rush.

The Retreat is perfectly positioned just minutes from Cape Coral Parkway, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and canal attractions. Whether you're taking a sunset paddle by kayak, cycling through the neighborhood, or enjoying a friendly match in the game room, this home delivers the perfect blend of serenity and excitement for your vacation.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with flexibility available when arranged in advance. Please note that smoking is only allowed outside in the lanai area, and quiet hours begin at 10 PM out of respect for neighbors. Pool heating is available for an additional fee during cooler weather. The property welcomes up to 2 non-aggressive, non-shedding dogs (maximum 35 lbs) with prior approval and an additional pet fee. A minimum age of 25 is required to book.

Guests should be aware that pool cleaning occurs every Monday around 8 AM, landscaping happens every other Monday, and sprinklers run automatically on Thursdays and Sundays. Trash and recycling collection is every Tuesday morning, so please place bins out Monday night.

Only registered and confirmed guests listed on the reservation are permitted inside the unit. Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered at the time of booking.

Day visitors are permitted only with prior written approval from the host. All guests are charged on a per-guest, per-night basis. Any individual entering the unit who is not confirmed on the reservation will be considered an unauthorized guest and subject to applicable fees.

Pets are not allowed on furniture.

A Temporary Stay Agreement must be electronically signed prior to arrival. Failure or refusal to sign the agreement will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time the Temporary Stay Agreement is signed.

Any concerns regarding cleanliness, missing items, damaged items, or maintenance issues must be reported through the booking platform with clear descriptions and supporting photos no later than 11:59 PM on the day of check-in. Reports submitted after this time will be deemed waived, and the unit will be considered accepted in clean and satisfactory condition.

Please note that the property is located in a tropical climate. While routine pest control services are performed every 30 days both inside and outside the unit, guests may encounter insects or bugs that are typical for the area.

Toiletries are provided to last the first week. Guests are responsible for supplying their own personal hygiene items.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the unit.

Only verified users are permitted to make reservations.

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and before 9:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.

Mail or packages may not be delivered to the unit without prior written approval from the host.

Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Listing photos accurately represent the property; however, certain items shown may be for staging or display purposes only and are not included in the rental.

Penalties and Additional Fees:

Any attempt to block, tamper with, or disable security cameras will result in a $500 penalty.

Unauthorized or unconfirmed guests will be charged as confirmed guests for the entire duration of the reservation.

Unconfirmed guests will be charged $40 per night for the full length of the stay.

Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 cleaning and deodorization fee.

Removing the pool vacuum from swimming pool will result in $100 fee

Unconfirmed pets will result in a $150 fee per pet.

Failure to vacate the unit by 11:00 AM will result in a $65 fee per additional hour. Overstays exceeding three hours will incur a charge equal to twice the daily rate and may require reimbursement for any affected or canceled reservations.

Any attempt to access locked or restricted storage areas or closets will result in a $200 fine.
