Additional policies include a $35 per person, per day fee for unregistered guests and a $35 nightly fee for EV charging via outlets. For safety, exterior cameras monitor the entrance and backyard 24/7. Please note the home is not child-proofed, requiring constant adult supervision. Guests are asked to handle appliances with care and avoid placing non-processable items in the garbage disposal to avoid a $100 unclogging fee. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping exterior doors and windows closed to manage the local Texas climate and native insects.
