This spacious retreat features 2 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and 2 updated bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The main level hosts a smartly furnished master bedroom and a recently updated bathroom just across the hall. Upstairs, a second master bedroom awaits with a memory foam mattress and a cozy rocking chair for quiet reading. For additional sleeping space, the ample loft includes two twin-size fold-out sleeper chairs, and the inviting living room offers two more twin-size fold-out chairs.

The interior is defined by knotty pine wood floors and a soaring two-story ceiling in the living room, which is centered around a beautiful stone gas log fireplace. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a 55-inch SMART Ultra HD 4K TV with a soundbar, a BluRay player, and a PlayStation 3. The stunning, fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, a gas stove with convection oven, and an oversized farmhouse-style sink. A reclaimed wood farmhouse table, crafted in Boone, NC, anchors the dining area.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. A wrap-around deck provides breathtaking forest views, including a covered front porch and a rear deck with a cozy porch swing, Adirondack chairs, and a rocker. A lower deck features a picnic table and a large 6-person hot tub with a waterfall feature. Further down a stone path, guests will find cornhole boards, a disc swing, and the firepit area.

Located just outside of Boone, the cabin provides easy access to the neighborhood pond, where catch-and-release fishing is available without a license.

• Pets: Up to 2 mature dogs allowed (pets other than dogs are not permitted)
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• Winter Access: AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months
• Smoking: No smoking inside the home; no trace of smoking left outside
• Trash: Do not leave food or trash outside to avoid attracting animals
• Policies: No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy; outside noise must remain respectable
• Additional: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 60 days of arrival. Firewood bundles are available for purchase with a week's notice for $25 plus tax.
