The heart of the home is an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area anchored by a 75" TV for ultimate relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all cooking necessities, plus both a coffee pot and Keurig to start your mornings right. A formal dining area provides ample space for up to 6 guests.

The real gem of the property is the massive screened-in birdcage and lanai. This secluded outdoor oasis is surrounded by lush plants and features a beautiful private pool with a waterfall filter (runs on a schedule), a bar, a gas grill, and comfortable seating centered around a fire table.

• Golf Cart: A 2-seater golf cart is available for a $125 maintenance fee and requires a signed liability waiver
• Resident IDs: Required for access to neighborhood pools, pickleball, and golf; these cost $50 and are limited to two per home
• House Rules: No smoking or vaping on premises ($500 fine). Pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee; contact Village Valet before booking. Due to deed restrictions, no one under 19 may reside here for more than 30 days.
• Supplies: A starter kit (toilet paper, paper towels, pods, bags) is provided for the first three nights.
