Check-out time is 10am. Please contact us if you need a late check-out; additional charges apply. Make sure all lights and appliances, especially the stove, are turned off. Please leave the keys on the wooden tray in the kitchen. Don't worry about locking up. Our cleaning team will be up soon.

House and condo rules

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (tobacco, vaping, IQOS, etc.) is strictly prohibited on the property, even on the balcony. A $500 USD fee will be charged each time someone smokes on the property.

Parties and Excessive Noise: No parties or events allowed. A $500 USD fee will be charged per violation and may result in the cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm out of respect for our neighbors who actually live here.

Property contents and cleanliness: Please, we really love our house, so we ask that you treat the property and its contents with care. Any damages or missing items will be charged to your account at the purchase price.

Security: Make sure doors and windows are locked when you leave the property at any time. Do not tamper with the smoke detectors for any reason. The emergency team exists for emergencies.

Pool rules: Please take one of the blue towels in your closet to the pool. Remember to bring it back. Lost towels will be charged $30 USD each. Please wear a bathing suit. Cropped jeans, T-shirts, and diapers are not allowed in the pool. No glass containers, no loud music, no running, and no smoking in the pool area. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Yūshū Homes reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at any time.

Gym rules: The gym is open 24/7. Please take one of the hand towels from your bathroom to the gym so you can clean up after using any machine. Remember to bring it back. Any lost towels will be charged at $30 USD each. If there are a lot of people, take turns with other residents. Yūshū Homes reserves the right to deny use of the Gym to anyone at any time.

Business center rules: No persons under the age of 16 will be permitted without an adult. Documents must be stored on the resident's storage device and not on the hard drive. All documents stored on the hard drive will be deleted. You are solely and fully responsible for any damage to the equipment that you may cause. Viewing inappropriate websites is strictly prohibited and may result in a $500 USD fee.⁠ ⁠No pets allowed in this area. If there are other people waiting, limit your time on the computer or in the conference room to 30 minutes. Limit the use of paper and printing supplies. Yūshū Homes reserves the right to deny use of the Business Center to anyone at any time.

No pets allowed: Yūshū Homes does not allow pets in any of its properties, even if the building allows pets. A $250 USD penalty will be charged for deep cleaning of the unit if a pet is brought, plus any damage the pet has caused to furniture, bedding, or any contents of the apartment.

Grill rules: There are no reservations. If it is available, the user must clean it after use and throw away the trash, leaving the place as it was found.

Club Room Rules: No persons under the age of 16 will be permitted without an adult. No alcoholic beverages, no profanity, no smoking, no vaping. Please be considerate of others. Remove all personal items when leaving the Club. All trash must be disposed of in trash containers. Destructive behavior will not be tolerated. If so, a fee of $500 USD + repair and replacement costs for any damaged equipment or item will be charged. Yūshū Homes reserves the right to deny use of the Club Room to anyone at any time.

The guest is solely, fully and entirely responsible for any claim of any kind and releases Yūshū Homes from any liability and waives the right to sue or make any claim against Yūshū Homes. Except, of course, for any service not provided to the Guest that we are contractually obligated to provide. The guest accepts this and all other terms without written consent simply by booking a night at the property and then automatically accepts all terms, conditions, and rules of Yushu Homes LLC.
