To maintain the property, lawn care and pool maintenance teams visit weekly/bi-weekly and will work exclusively outdoors. Guests are reminded not to turn off the outdoor hose bib to ensure the automatic pool filler remains functional. For non-Airbnb/HVMB bookings, a refundable $500 security deposit and a $10 processing fee are required, along with an independent verification process.
