• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly home; however, only small dogs are allowed.
• Guest Policy: The base rate includes 2 guests in the primary bedroom and 1 guest in each additional bedroom (total of 4 guests included for this 3-bedroom home). Any guests beyond this limit, up to the maximum of 6, will incur an additional fee.

Golf Cart Details: A golf cart is available as a bonus privilege for guests. A Golf Cart Maintenance Fee of $125 is required at the time of booking. To utilize the cart, guests must complete an online liability waiver form, which is sent two weeks prior to arrival; the key will be provided upon submission. Please note that guests are responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the cart, or others during its use. Usage cannot be guaranteed in the event of mechanical or tire issues, and a replacement cart will not be provided during vendor repairs.
