✅ Your safety and security are important to us. As part of our local compliance requirements, this property requires a signed rental agreement and ID verification prior to arrival. To make the process quick and hassle-free, we use a secure, app-free platform called Happy Guest. There's nothing to download and no account to create, just a secure website that takes only a few minutes to complete. Once finished, you'll also have access to your guest portal, where you'll find important property information, check-in details, and some of our favorite local recommendations. Please note: The platform may prompt you to purchase a damage waiver. If you see this, simply disregard the prompt and let our team know. We'll manually bypass that step for you, so no additional action is needed on your end.
