The configuration includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a maximum guest capacity of 10. In the main house, you will find a primary bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed. The main living area includes a large living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a dining room, and a full kitchen. The main bathroom is a jack-and-jill style with a walk-in shower, accessible from both the kitchen and primary bedroom.

The attached apartment suite, connected via the laundry room, provides additional privacy and space. It features one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living room that doubles as a den with a full-sized sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy a lovely deck that connects the two living spaces, creating an ideal spot to share an outside meal with loved ones.

For your convenience, all bed linens, bath towels, and hand towels are provided, including a dedicated set of towels for the beach. Guests can also utilize the beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart located in the outside bin.

Location Details: Located in the heart of Fort Myers Beach, the home is positioned for easy access to coastal exploration. Guests can easily walk to the shoreline or explore the local island culture. Please note that due to post-Hurricane Ian renovations, there may be ongoing construction or materials near the property.

• Pets: Dog-friendly (2-pet limit). A written request is required at booking. A non-refundable $200 fee applies to pets and emotional support animals.
