Step through the bold blue door into a light-filled living space with playful accents and a TV preloaded with free streaming services. The open layout flows seamlessly into a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a four-burner stove, and a stocked coffee setup. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with a sliding glass door providing an easy indoor-outdoor flow to the deck.

Outdoor living is elevated here with a fully fenced yard featuring lush grass, a large tree with a swing, and a spacious patio with a sectional and wide umbrella. Gather around the propane firepit in classic Adirondack chairs or enjoy the mounted smart TV and propane BBQ. For entertainment, cornhole and spikeball are provided on-site.

Each bathroom is thoughtfully designed, featuring rainfall showerheads and a spa-style soaking tub in the primary ensuite. Practical additions include a washer and dryer with provided detergent and a Level-2 EV charger in the driveway.

Guests have full access to the house and driveways; however, the garage and locked storage shed are off-limits.
