The sleeping area is further enhanced by a ceiling fan and a walk-in closet with built-ins, while the bathroom provides a large walk-in shower.

One of the most unique features of this unit is the eastern-facing balcony. Fitted with sliding doors, it can be fully closed to create a warm, enclosed sunroom during cooler months or opened wide to invite in the fresh Gulf air. The living area also includes accent chairs and a wall-mounted TV with cable.

In the kitchen, you will find granite countertops and a smooth-surface cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Please note that this kitchen does not have a conventional oven.
